Light and spacious
I was a little sceptical to buy this since there were no reviews when I placed the order. But I am happy with the product based on my 4 day NY trip. I am not very strong, so in the past I have had trouble in lifting and placing my luggage in the cabin space in air planes. This luggage is very light and at the same time spacious. I was able to pack 5 sets of clothes, 2 pairs of shoes, a few miscellaneous items and still left with space. I give 5 stars for weight and space. It is easy to drag this as the wheels are very good and the handle is sufficiently long. The only downside is the handle didn't seem very sturdy. I dragged the luggage for about 20 blocks in NY with my handbag rested on it - so fairly rough use. By the end of the trip the handle was wobbling a little. I will give 2.5 stars for the sturdiness of the handle.
My alternate choice was a Samsonite luggage that was $30 more expensive.

Great carry on bag
I have the larger version of this bag and really like it alot, it is very light weight and I like that it has 4 wheels! The ones that are supported by two are still very hard to roll because you still feel the weight! I decided to get the carry on version and it is great because you can turn it sideways and roll it down the aisle, even on the smaller planes! Very pleased.
Very Good Item
My old suitcase, a four-wheel rollabout (Samsonite) finally bite the traveling bullet and died an honorable death. I had been thinking about buying a hard-side spinner for awhile and had looked at many different ones while trying to make up my mind which one to buy. My old soft-side Samsonite definitely held more clothes and stuff than this one does, but I can at least clean this one up when it gets dirty or scuffed up. And it seems pretty durable and protects my PJ's and undies from spilling out all over the airport or during transport. Inside room is adequate but I do miss not being able to put things in an outside pocket. Most of the hard-side suitcases don't have outside pockets. Other than missing the outside pockets, I would still recommend this suitcase because it's easy to use, lightweight, durable and hopefully it will last a long time. BUT... you may need to soap the zippers to make them open and close more smoothly. Otherwise they kind of hang up and can be a pain...
