It arrives exactly as you expect. Then, when you use it, you love it even more. It isn't heavy, it's the right size, and it stays relatively clean after your first trip with checked luggage on an airline. Highly recommend it.

very good case
I travel about 300 days a year for work in and out of airports, and this case seems to be very good after using it for about 2 months now I have had several pieces of luggage that just did not live up to what they were supossed to be but this one i feel will be around for a long time.

This item arrived so quickly I was shocked. It is exactly what I wanted, except that the wardrobe section does not have a hanger hold. I've already taken it on a few flights and a road trip. It holds up well and is a lot lighter than my previous Hartman.
