Great luggage.
We were looking for a spinner and considered hard sidded but really wanted a pocket to be able to put books, documents etc. in. This is the best of both worlds. The bottom/sides are hardsided the rest is soft sided and has the pocket.

Excellent quality and value
We saw a Heys USA X3 carry-on at Target and Sears and later found it to be identical to the 20" in this set. The set is definitely a great deal and the quality is excellent. The spinners roll well and the pockets provide excellent organization.
Christmas gift
My wife and I purchased the luggage at our local auto club... 21" for her, 21" for me and a 25" for her shopping items... can't say enough about it... So we're buying my son and his wife a set also, that's why I'm on Amazon looking it up... they loved it on a trip we took with them to Paris and my daughter-in-law asked for it for Christmas. We've also taken it to Spain, and to Italy... not to mention several cruises... The hard shell protects almost anything from getting broken and the zipper pocket front has been great for documents and Id's... one of the selling points for us was the lifetime limited warranty, I had one issue with a lining inside one of the 21" cases and the manufacture replaced the case.
