perfect bag for any kind of getaway
I've been traveling with a duffel bag that my father got for free at his former place of employment 15ish years ago. It's blue and it's light and I can stuff it away when I'm not using it. It can get pretty big when stuffed full and it fits perfectly in overhead bins on airplanes. I haven't checked a bag in forever because I use this duffel.
And finally, after an out of state trip to photograph a wedding, I realized that I needed wheels. And, to be extra picky, this bag needed to fit in an overhead compartment. I've always liked duffels so what I was really looking for was as duffel bag with wheels that is the maximum airplane carry-on size. There are surprisingly few that meet this criteria.
Eventually, I found the Crumpler Spring peeper in medium. I wanted originally the black one but they were expensive for a bag that I would only use every once in a while. Luckily, the purple one was on sale on Amazon and I picked it up as fast as I could.
