seems very solid and good value but scratches easily
Solidly built lightweight case and good value for the money. The nice shiny finish scratches more easily during air travel compared to my other luggage, but let's be honest, you can't obsess over the appearance of a suitcase that is handled at the airport. So far the shell has held up well during 4 trips. Hopefully this will last many years, but if it doesn't it's not the suitcases fault. Damages are unfortunately a fact of air travel. If I have to toss this after 50 trips I won't need to cry too long.
Not satisfied.
I wanted to return this product. Had notified the publisher but no one has picked up suitcase yet. I'm definitely not satisfied.
