Nice bag
This is a great bag - looks good, easy to handle, and fits a lot of stuff. The handle on the front is very useful in managing the bag. The pocket design on the divider is a bit odd, but otherwise it is a good design. I like that the expansion zipper is not on the top. Most suitcases you have to stack things higher than the sides since the expansion is on the top. But this one, the expansion just increases the depth, making it easy to pack. Sharp bag. I just wish it had an easy way of attaching to another bag, like the previous Travel Pro set I owned has.

Nice luggage so far - update - terrible
I had a Delsey solid case luggage about the same size previously, but it got cracked by airline staff.
This luggage is pliable and easily ruffed up, which is nice. It seems able to withstand the blows of travel. I do count on TravelPro more than ever now.
The only issues I have with it is the fact that there are all kinds of extra straps and connectors on the sides of the unit, which already a few of them have been ripped off by airline wear and tear. I would never have used them otherwise and would have not wanted them included.

I took this on a trip to France. Two days into the trip, in the middle of transit in the subways of Lyon, the wheel popped off one side, and then the other wheel did a sort of angular slant. Needless to say, this was both embarrassing and terribly difficult to deal with.

great bag for Air Force aircrew
I travel pretty frequently as an aircrew member in the Air Force and this bag is awesome. Since we are responsible for loading and securing our own luggage the conveniently-placed front straps make my bag the envy of other crewmembers - it is easily carried up and down airstairs and crew entrance ladders and tied to the cargo floor. It has proven durable so far, with ~1 year of use including a few international trips and travel all over the US. The compartmentalized inside is great for organizing shower shoes, A/V cables and other items I typically leave packed in my luggage between trips and it is great to have the option of protecting the extending handle inside a zippered top section on the bag.
I have never needed the cooler so while I don't see the value in it I don't think it takes away from interior space. My only complaint would be the side straps; I don't think they serve their designed purpose and they tend to only be good for catching on things. The straps...
