Good product
The quality is really good. The construction is sturdy. It rolls well. The extension handle is solid. I can't quite figure out how to lock it at less than full height yet. My only disappointment is the heavy stuff tends to be stored at the zipper flap side. This makes the bag unbalanced and fall toward the floor on that side. The laptop pocket and useful exterior pockets tend to get my heavier stuff like adapters, ipad, magazines. The interior holds my toiletries and clothing for quick trips. Overall I like the luggage except for the balance issue which would be present for any bag of this shape.

Great size for travel. We gave them out to our board for Christmas and they all loved it. Be sure to look for the discount if available.
What did I do before by Travelpro!
I looked high and low for the perfect carry on to put under the airplane seat in front of me before deciding on this one. I especially love this one because it has a pocket for my water bottle holder on the outside. However, I can't leave my water bottle in it when I'm pulling this bag down the airplane isle. My only complaint is that the zipper is tough to glide around the corners of the main compartment. It seems to be this way because of its sturdy construction. Other than that I love it and would highly recommend it.
