So far so good
The luggage looks great and and held up well when we went to Mexico. It was stuffed to the maximum and no problems. I was with my two kids and wife and we used all three pieces with not a single problem. The only thing we noticed was there were some black scuff marks on one of the larger pieces which we were able to wipe off with a wet paper towel. Overall a good value and great color.

Scuffed immediately
These are incredibly light weight, but after one trip the largest of these was incredibly scuffed. The orange rubbed off completely of almost the entire bottom.
I have only taken them on one round trip, but I worry about their future as they look like they are three years old.
They get three stars because they arrived quickly, and are very light weight, but if they don't last much longer, I'll update my review.
Wouldn't purchase again
I bought my hard-side, four-wheel Hey at a discount department store, so I'm uncertain whether or not it was "irregular" or defective.
At any rate, the metal zipper tassel broke after my fifth use of the expandable option.
After my 10th or so use of this bag, one of the wheels broke entirely off.
Even when all four wheels wer intact, it was not at all easy for me to roll on all fours, so I rolled it on two.
My Swiss Army luggage, four-wheeler, has been a much better buy.
I would not purchase Hey again.
