greatest ever
I have owned this luggage for several years. It is just the best!!! The two compartment design is so useful that I do not understand why more companies do not have this type of idea. It is wonderful for bus trips and other vacations that you need to stay just over night and go on with your trip. You can pack your suits, slacks etc in the top compartment and tops in the bottom, all underwear in front section and know where everything is! Or, when you unpack for your extended vacation, you just unpack the top, all pants etc in one place in closet and all tops next to them. So much easier and faster. Your clothes do not get as wrinkled and I have never had to iron on vacation (I hate wrinkles). I love this so much that I just bought the same for my husband. It came in a few days. I had to return the largest size because it was just too big for him but did keep the 21" size which is just perfect. I could not believe how easy the return was. I have taken this luggage all over...

Very durable
I have owned the Ricardo for several year and literally 100+ round trip flights and I couldn't be happier with this luggage. No problems with the handle extension, and is rigid enough to carry by the handle when extended without flexing or feeling flimsy. Used mainly as a carryon, it always fits in the luggage compartment and is durable enough that it still looks great. I'm thinking of upgrading to the Ricardo 20" spinner, hope the quality matches this piece and I'll be using it for years as well.
Great carry-on, I love the 2-compartment suiter, improved model
Good carry-on. The floating 2 compartments gives the bag a nice ability to organize, and allow me to hang my shirts in suiter half of the bag and thus prevent wrinkles and avoid spending time folding.
This is my second time buying this case, prior one lasted 5 years with extensive travel all aver the globe. This new version has some good improvements:
-extending handle is more sturdy and attractive. Prior handle became finicky after a couple of years (took 10 tries to get it to extend full length). I think this new version will do better.
-Wheel are slightly larger, giving smoother roll
-Front legs are sturdier, prior version would not stand upright very well.
Great carry-on that also is a suiter, a rare combination today.
