Lightweight, divided into two large compartments by cloth dividers with plenty of pouches,and with the clothes held in place with well-placed "belts". Excellent spinner wheels and two very useful loading handles in addition to the telescopic handle on the top. Costly, but worth every penny. Highly recommended.
I shopped around rather extensively and could find no offer lower than at Amazon. The suitcase arrived within two days, well packed and in good condition. It is now serving me well.

Please be careful of the numbers if trying to fly!!
After a great deal of luggage searching, I finally bought this one from the large warehouse website. I was thrilled when it arrived! It is beautiful, seems sturdy, and has many great features including built in compartments, the airline approved lock, and even laundry and shoe bags. Perfect! The only thing that I did not like was that it was Heys USA; designed in the USA but made in China (huh??)
Unfortunately, I bought this luggage for an airline trip. If you look at the warehouse site it states: Dimensions: 21" L x 12.5" W x 30.5" H. Add up those numbers, and they equal 64". If you Google it, most airlines only allow 62" total. The airline that we are flying will charge me two hundred dollars if I want to take this suitcase with me. Why do you put airline approved locks on somthing that cannot fly without a lot of extra fees?? Sadly I am returning it today. It is really such a shame! Perhaps if you were riding on trains or in cars this would be perfect, but really it just...
Good Case
Outside is very durable - only issue has been the TSA lock jammed once. The inside is roomy - only issue was one of the cinch straps pulled out of the stitching... I have contacted the warranty department for repair (estimated 14 business day turnaround)...so far so good...easy to deal with, and I like the product despite the two issues so far.
